"I sent a bunch of requests out on yelp for an exterior paint job and Ilya was the first to respond, with the most competitive price too. He came that very same day to look over the potential job and give me a quick, accurate, and fair quote. I hired him right away and he was there with his crew just a few days later.
Best of all, the crew was friendly and flexible, because we wanted to do a sort of wildly colorful paint job they were patient as we color-matched and added details. The finished product turned out even better than we expected and we loved working with Ilya's crew! 2 other neighbors walking by hired them on the spot too!"

"We used Reliable Construction services on multiple occasions for small and large projects. No matter how big or small project was they were always very professional and provided a very high quality work. "We used Ilya and his crew to do extensive remodeling in our place. They remodeled 5 bathrooms and kitchen, electrical upgrade, new flooring, new roof, new lighting to our place. Ilya was always responsive when we emailed/texted and his crew was very professional. We feel that things moved along fairly quickly and pleased with their service. Ilya and his project manager Michael were fantastic throughout the whole process. They also gave good input and quickly addressed our concerns along the way. We feel very fortunate to have found them to work on our house and will continue to work with them on future projects."

"I did a 2 units house gut remodel in the outer Richmond in San Francisco and I have to say that the quality work was very good and the speed was also outstanding, I NEVER had to check if there were workers on site. These people don't waste time, they get their work done fast and they know their way around San Francisco building department ridiculous rules.
The only thing that prevents me from giving a 5 star is that the price of any addition we wanted to do beyond the original scope of work were priced very high, but since we needed to move in quickly we had to agree to those prices anyway.
However , f you have a very clear plan and don't add anything to the original scope of work you will be very pleased with the experience.
I would use them again for my next projects."

"I used Reliable to do a full, down to the stubs, remodel on the main level of a 3 bed, 1 bath house. I also added an additional master bathroom. The work took about 6 months. Ilya and his team are great. Flexible, fast, responsive and they just do really good quality work. Ilya is really easy to get a hold of, helpful and you never have to worry about workers not showing up, or not moving fast enough, or doing sloppy work. This won't be the cheapest bid you'll get, but you certainly get what you pay for in this case and Ilya will make sure that you are happy at the end of your project."

"I used Reliable Construction Inc. first time 6,5 years ago when I just purchased my condo. Ilya and his team are really great! They did a lot of different big and small jobs for me then including electrical, flooring, painting ,etc. Everything was done on time and with high quality. I was very happy to stay in my budget. Ilya was available all the time I needed him with all my questions and he helped me a lot with making my decisions. "Reliable Construction gave us truly wonderful service. Ilya and his crew were always professional, very responsible and honest at a fair price. The renovation of our 100+ year old home among other things included painting, refinishing floors, removing dry rot, running new gas line and doing plumbing work. At all levels the man were very knowledgeable and the quality of the work was excellent.

"I really can't say enough good about this group of hard working honest reliable people. What I appreciate the most with Ilya is his prompt communication. We finished a complete remodel on a top floor flat in the marina. I love it!! We moved walls new electrical upgrade complete new bathroom and kitchen design while we were out of the state. They handled everything with city inspectors passing all inspections first time around. We are getting ready to remodel the downstairs flat and wouldn't think of using anyone else. "Yes, Reliable Construction deserves all 5 stars. They are the best. Ilya and his team did a complete gut remodel of our entire home. We had the house seismic retrofitted and and everything re-done from electrical, plumbing and everything else that goes into the house. I can't appreciate the work done inside the house but the paint, the crown molding, hard wood floors are done with perfectly. And done on time and within the budget. Yes, you read the last line correct.

We were on a road trip across the country while and Ilya was always accessible. Ilya takes a great deal of pride in his work. He's professional, very personal, and very fair. "We hired Ilya and his team to remodel our kitchen but the project got much bigger due to the discovery of dry rot and termites. Ilya's team were able to quickly change scale of project and keep everyone working each day. It is difficult to live three months without a kitchen and two small children but I was amazed at all they accomplished in that time. My mother's small bathroom remodel took the same time that Ilya's team remodeled our kitchen/dining room and fixed our dry rot issues. We are very happy with the quality of work and strongly suggest Ilya and his team."
